• Fixed SELECT DISTINCT when using 'hidden group'. For example:

  mysql> SELECT DISTINCT MOD(some_field,10) FROM test
      ->        GROUP BY some_field;
  

  Note: some_field is normally in the SELECT part. Standard SQL should require it.
