Controls the size of the OS/2-Message-Queue.

SET Queue_Size_Threshold=Value

parameter:

Value defines the number of messages which can be together at one time in the message-queue.
Standard: 3000 messages, Warp 3 befor Fixpack 17: 100 messages.
